Mando’s Mission also hosts mission trips to Honduras where teams of volunteers from the United States come together with Honduran doctors, dentists, and local volunteers to provide assistance in a variety of ways. From daily Bible school and doctor visits to dental care and construction projects, Mando’s Mission is dedicated to making a positive impact on the people and communities of Honduras.
Wow, what a trip! Mando’s Mission has been doing some incredible work in Honduras. During our last trip in 2022, we were able to take not one, but two groups to serve the people of La Paz and Lejamani. Our teams consisted of 52 members, including American medical professionals, Honduran doctors, dentists, a hair stylist, and a team of local volunteers.
The impact of our work has been huge! Every day, our teams provided Bible school, doctor visits, dental care, reading glasses, children’s fluoride treatment, and Pastors for prayer and counseling. Our team members even got to interact with the children by painting nails, braiding hair, and playing games. We also had construction teams that worked on various projects such as replacing roofs, building access ramps, retaining walls, and completely rebuilding a home destroyed by flooding.
This trip was a great success, and we can’t wait to continue making a difference in the lives of the people of Honduras.
